If your order arrives damaged please notify Olympus Offroad within 5 business days so that we can file a claim against the shipper. If not notified not return will be permitted and light will fall under general warranty claim. If item arrives damaged the customer is not liable and a replacement will be sent along with a return shipping label. We must receive the damaged product back before a replacement will be sent. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase. Past 30 days the customer will not be able to return items. Olympus Offroad is not liable for change of mind and or fitment issue that are not the fault of Olympus. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and no refund on shipping charges will be permitted.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty such as broken glass - severed wires faded color on housing and or scratches on glass. Moisture in the Light is something that may happen depending on location and climate and is not right away a cause for a warranty claim. There are a number of steps we will take to remedy the issue including replacement parts and or repair recommendations. To save the end customer money we will guide the customer as to how to repair. If the light becomes inoperable then we will look at warranty options and or replacement. Damages resulting in the light becoming inoperable will be considered for warranty. Please note that a refund of products price will be provided and this does not include shipping costs. On returns initiated by customers there is a 15% restocking fee deducted from the return. Product must be returned and inspected before a return payment is released.
